Terms and Conditions – Smile Bali Tours

1. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other available payment gateways.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund.
• Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour date or no-shows: No refund.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
• Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. Tour Modifications

• Smile Bali Tours reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns).
• In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

5. Responsibility and Liability

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Smile Bali Tours is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.
• All guests are expected to follow safety instructions from the guide.

6. Late Arrival

• Please arrive on time. In case of late arrival, we may not be able to extend the tour duration or offer a refund.

7. Travel Insurance

• We recommend all guests have appropriate travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations.
